Our Story

Personio was founded in 2015 by Hanno Renner, Roman Schumacher, Arseniy Vershinin, and Ignaz Forstmeier. A bit later Jonas Rieke joined the company.
The founding team has its origins at the Center for Digital Technology & Management (CDTM) in Munich.
